"rubber band man" - this guy wears rubber bands all over him-his arms, legs, everywhere. they are also very tight and appear to cut off circulation but he seems to like them.
"weird micheal stipe rollerblader" - this man is totally bald and rollerblades everywhere. he wears long johns and many other layers of clothes. he usually rollerblades to the library and then puts his rollerblades in a special bag.
